We worked with Blackbirdz to build a second-story addition on our home. This was in the height of COVID. Kourous and his brothers (Kia and Kia) WOW'd us by not only building the house of our dreams but also doing it on our ambitious timeline (7 months for a second 2nd-story addition!). There are a few key elements that made this possible: 1) Excellent communication: we were blown away by how accessible Kouros was during the planning and construction process. He was always quick to respond to our questions (usually within minutes) and therefore decisions were made quickly and issues were resolved without delay.

We hired Blackbirdz for a bathroom renovation and they did an amazing job! We received so many compliments on our newly renovated bathroom. Blackbirdz handled any curveballs that came their way, from us (me) being indecisive on some things to product issues with ease and kindness, and were always super communicative. They were focused on making sure we were happy and their work product is top notch. You can't go wrong with them.

Blackbirdz did our renovation/addition from foundation to room in 2022-2023. Everything that remained standing was stripped to the studs in the demolition phase and all the footings had to be replaced under the existing structure - no easy feat. Their approach was cost-effective and the quality of their work was excellent. Where they used subcontractors in specialty areas like electric, HVAC, and plumbing, those subs were also a pleasure to work with. We recommend them highly and without any reservations!
